This is an awesome tea! Most rose petal teas tend to have a stronger rose scent and flavor the same way lavender does in that you can taste the way it smells if that makes sense?

It's more on the perfume side , however, this tea does not have a strong rose taste or smell. You can barely discern it, which is a bummer if you're like me and like rose teas. That said, the licorice root and the nettles make for a lovely tea that you can sip easily.

It's not overly bitter or strong, and I often pair it with another plain herbal tea in my case, a fertility tea - the joys of TTC. I tend to enjoy sweeter teas, so I just add a bit of honey and it makes for a great tea at the office that does well even if it cools. I find after 2 cups, my work stresses really tend to wind down and my anxiety levels are greatly reduced.

I deal with so much stress from Uni, and overseas? I'm a film student too. I've been looking for something that actually does what it claims, as when you tell people your anxiety is super high, they go, watch a movie. But this has really helped me get through some of the most difficult parts of the semester!!

And it doesn't contain any hidden ingredients like spearmint and licorice. One person found this helpful. Lovely tea , slightly rose-flavored. My husband LOVES this tea, he drinks it every night.

I fell in love with this tea the very first time I used it! It helps with stress and anxiety with the very first cup AND it tastes good especially when I add sweetner! I recommend this tea for everyone! Total rip off but you can see she bought it somewhere else with a cheaper price.

I did not think this tea would help me however, it has proven to relax and calm when necessary. I personally don't feel like it does anything different than any other non-caffeinated nice hot tea. I do really like the way it tastes, it smells like flowers, and it feels so relaxing to drink after a long day at work but again nothing different from other herbal teas.

Alternatively, tea can be made by steeping fresh ingredients like ginger root, turmeric root, or lemon balm until the desired potency is achieved.
