It is delish!!!! I make this pudding frequently and also add mashed banana to the mashed avocado, plus whatever fruit I have on hand berries, cranberries, pomegranate , and nuts pepitas, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts , maybe seeds flax, chia , and maybe shredded coconut.

Maple syrup is sugar. Honey is sugar. Date syrup is sugar. This comes across as dishonest and diet culture rhetoric that needs to change. Sugar can have a place in our diets to make things taste good, to enjoy food along with the benefits of other ingredients like the avocados in this recipe.
