Yes, I am not a big fan of salt and the saltiness from the olives, cheeses and soda bicarbonate is always sufficient for me too. I am also trying to stay lower on salt intake in general. Luckily I had not added anything else to them so I had to strain them with a nut bag. It worked out ok though, but I had to cook it longer due to the extra moisture.
