AND I also use it for cooking. I love the flavor and the smell, its very soothing. I highly recommend this product. And those are the reasons I am giving 5 stars despite the broken lid. I got this product yesterday and when I opened it the bottle lid was broken as it had nothing to protect it or cushion it as shown in the picture.

I have also use this one in the past for cooking and for making fat bombs with keto so I knew the flavour and it is one that I preferred over the cheaper one that I use for daily frying up of food and in desserts.
I have also used it in the past for my hair and it is great. I can't use it on my skin as all coconut oil based products tend to break me out or dry out my skin, oddly enough.
As for oil pulling, it does a great job. I use it after brushing and flossing so that it really gets in between my teeth. The main benefit I get with oil pulling is that the coating of it prevents stains from coffee and some plaque that builds up easily for me.
The taste of it makes it easier to use and I love the flavour of coconut and this In find I can handle more than others for long sessions. I recommend it. Size : 1. I had a reduction and the scar tissue is very painful.
